Molly has a Monday thru Friday morning routine. Ernie gets up first at 6.00am. She wakes up also. While daddy is in the shower she waits patiently. During that time frame she will crawl over me to get to my face. She nudges me so I speak to her and rub her head. She will lick my face and my hand while daddy is in the shower.
When he comes out of the shower tail starts wagging and she barks at him! He barks back! This goes on the entire time he is getting dressed, he also plays with her, tickles her tummy, and when he is dressed he scoops her off the bed to go downstairs.
He lets Dewd and Molly go outside and he carries the treat box with him. He usually lets then out long enough to go potty. Sometimes when it is in the fifties he stays out there longer. When they come in Molly runs back upstairs and barks for daddy. He walks upstairs, picks her up and puts her back on the bed with me.
Molly will let me sleep until 8am. Then she has her front paws on my chest or shoulder and starts barking REALLY LOUD telling me it is time to get up. I usually beg for five more minutes, sometimes she is patient with me and other times she is back in my face! We save the toilet paper rolls and they are in a small basket, she takes one and rips it apart! That's about all the time I need to get dressed.
